The problem lies in the .PWL file. The file that
controls the user password list is corrupted and has to be replaced. Have
the member go to the WINDOWS and either delete his .PWL file and restart. Once he restarts windows, it will go through the Windows logon procedure again. Once he dials in, the problem will be gone.---Chris Gomez
